We also want to inform you that, under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, we are permitted to share your name, address and information about your transactions with us and about our experiences with you with our affiliates.

Our employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information as outlined in the Bank’s Code of Business Ethics. We restrict access to non-public information only to those employees and service providers who need to know the information so they can provide the services you request. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your non-public personal information.

Should you close your account(s) with us or if you become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

We have disclosed this information to you (or your legal representative) and only if you are an individual who obtained a financial product or service from ShinHan Bank America that is to be used primarily for personal, family or household purposes.
