North Atlanta National Bank Elects Two Community Business Leaders as New Board Members Bank Re-Elects Board for 2nd Term Alpharetta, GA Jimmy Walker, Chairman, President and CEO of North Atlanta National Bank announced the election of Doug Tollett and Charles J. Wallace, Jr. to the Bank's Board of Directors. "Speaking on behalf of the Board, I want to welcome these two gentlemen. We look forward to the experience and insight that these two business leaders will bring to the bank as we expand our services to the business community." Douglas Tollett is the co-owner and the President of American Resurgens Management Corp. The company provides real estate portfolio management services, on site management services and development services. It has managed over 2.5 million square feet of office and retail investments in Georgia, Texas, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. American Resurgens' developments in the Atlanta market include Sanctuary Park in Alpharetta and Resurgens Plaza in Buckhead. Mr. Tollett is a native Texan and currently resides in Alpharetta, Georgia. Charles J. Wallace, Jr., CFA is the chief investment officer and director for Zeliff Wallace Jackson Investment Counsel. He is chairman of the firm's investment policy committee and serves as a portfolio manager. Mr. Wallace co-founded the predecessor firm to Zeliff Wallace Jackson in 1981. Prior experience includes positions at the National Bank of Georgia and Wachovia Bank and Trust Company in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mr. Wallace is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Securities Association. In addition to Tollett and Wallace, Walker also announced that the bank's current Board of Directors was elected for a second term. Second term board members are J. Alston Gardner, William D. Grant, Margaret D. Higginbotham, Arthur H. Metcalf II, Jeffery S. Muir, G.R. Nicholson, Donald J. Waguespack, Charles R. Wing, H. Paul Wormack, Jr., Lamar Wright and Mr. Walker.
